Since joining Summit Group in 2003, Khan has held various leadership positions, culminating in her current role where she oversees operations producing 17% of Bangladesh's total private installed electricity capacity. Her strategic vision led to Summit Power International's incorporation in Singapore, creating a unique business model that combines regional growth opportunities with international financial markets access.

Khan's educational background includes an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from University College London.
